Ingredients
- 8 cups of filtered water
- 1 onion (quartered)
- 2 carrots (diced)
- 2 celery stalks (5cm)
- 1 potato (peeled, diced)
- 4 button mushrooms (sliced)
- 1/2 tsp dried parsley powder
- 1/8 cup fresh parsley
- 2 garlics (peeled, minced, set aside for 10 minutes before use)
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 1 tsp salt
- 6 peppercorns
How to make :
- Bring to boil all the ingredients with low heat.
- Cook about 45 minutes until all ingredients are soften.
- Filter the broth. The remaining vegetables can be blend in a blender (optional for thicker broth).
- Keep the vegetable broth in the refrigerator for use.
